Once a report is received by one of our building managers or control room operators, they will take action to bring the strata related emergency under control and where necessary log service calls with your strata scheme’s trusted contractors to repair the breakdown.

What is an operations manual?
An operations manual is the documentation by which site specific information of an apartment building, commercial site or estate is collated into a single source document for all functions of the onsite plant and equipment and maintenance schedules.
The operations manual can contain but is not limited to the following information:

Why do I need an operations manual?
The purpose of an operations manual is to store site specific information into a single source document that can be utilised by new committee members or strata managers providing all the technical information and maintenance schedules at their fingertips without having to seek the relevant information from multiple sources.
The operations manual also assists in the safeguarding of important information as it is common for this information to be lost over time between new and old committee members, or residents who move on and take their valuable site information with them.
