All common areas can be included in our cleaning service. A full scope of works is individually tailored to your scheme’s requirements, with service time, cost and quality assurance guaranteed. Clients often have special requirements which are taken into account when preparing a specific scope of works.
Additional Cleaning Services
As well as regular internal and external cleaning services we also offer additional services such as
- External window cleaning limited to 3-4 floors – the only thing we leave behind is a sparkle
- High pressure cleaning – it refreshes the appearance of common areas such as pathways, courtyards and building facades
- Tile scrubbing – can remove stubborn dirt and stains
- Car park sweeping and scrubbing (by machine) – assists with combatting excess car park dust
- Rubbish removal – we can quickly remove large items dumped by vacating residents
