Our Community Association housing estate contracted SCF Maintenance Group in 2016 to manage the maintenance of the site and to work with our managing agents in all aspects of managing the care of our infrastructure.

Since then members of our Executive Committee have developed a close personal and working relationship with Steve who attends our Executive Committee meetings to report on the status of various maintenance items and projects.

Steve attends on site regularly through the week to manage contractors and to inspect facilities to rectify any problems. In addition he actively seeks quotes for trade work which is required. Steve has been a long serving, committed building manager at the building where I am an owner in Alexandria.
